• Through our app, Time to Pet. Once you setup your client portal, we meet your pets and they’re approved as a client. It’s as simple as logging into the app and requesting the service you need.

    All scheduling must be booked through your client portal. We book in hour times lots daily from 9a-4p for dog walking with a $10 surcharge on weekends and after 4p. Pet sitting is from 7:30a-8p daily.

    Exact times can be requested and we will make an effort to accommodate but are never guaranteed. Puppies under one year and seniors get priority. We do accept last minute requests from current clients if we have availability.

  • Yes! We are open on certain holidays. There is a $20.00 surcharge for each visit on a holiday. Please book early as we only do a limited amount of visits on holidays. Holidays are New Year’s Eve, MLK, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.

  • Regular clients with same weekly standing booking (example: every Monday, Wednesday, Friday): 9a the day before

    Dog Walking + Puppy Care: 48 hours if not a client with same weekly standing booking.

    Pet Sitting: 2 weeks from day of first visit

    Invoices with a Holiday: 45 days

    All last minute bookings that are approved and then cancelled are subject to full charge. It takes alot to rearrange our schedule and making sure a team member can come last minute.

  • All payments are digital through our app using a credit card or debit card. We also accept cash but you still must have a card on file in client portal. Cash must be in a sealed labeled envelope marked “MPS” and we need to know ahead of time you will be paying cash. We will never take anything unless it is label for us.

  • 9am the day before for all regular weekly scheduled dog walks. You must have a regular walks on certain days for this to apply.

    48 hours for any client not a regular weekly dog walk schedule

    21 days for cat care, small animal care and dog sitting

    45 days for all invoices that include a holiday

  • Yes, every team member have completed an intensive background check. We also train each team member do complete visits according to a standard so no matter which team member visits your pet it is the same great care! We love building trusting long lasting relationships with you and your pets.

  • Yes and no… we provide poop bags but clients are responsible for providing all food, treats, cleaning supplies, etc for their pets. WE NEVER GIVE ANYTHING TO YOUR PET THAT YOU HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED.

  • Due to Trumbull laws dog boarding without a kennel license is not allowed so we do not board.

    If your pet requires care outside your home we recommend boarding with your vet's office.

  • No, labor laws make overnight sitting an unaffordable option. We have had great success with our drop in pet sitting care both with dogs and cats/small pets.

  • We require two keys or two key codes to access home in case of an emergency. Keys are never labeled with anything identifying what house they apply to and are kept on file in a safe when not in use.

    Please note if keys are not collected at meet and greet and/or you do not want to keep a key on file there is a $20 fee.
